Hip,
I am an artist
making totally original work. I don't know where to go since most
galleries in my area are so conservative. Where do the hippest of
hip go to take their art work. I'm sick of those conservative galleries,
what happend to the crazy anything goes art scene? How hip are you
hip? Help me out here. I don't want to get fed up and say to hell
with art. I want to be a straight artist living and breathing acrylic
paint.

All art is hip,
not all art galleries are. My advice to you is to take it to the streets.
The response you get on the streets is more genuine than that of the
galleries. So for all us, keep the dream alive. Stay Cool. |
